UDIA judges recognised our innovative and successful marketing campaign, which included print, outdoor and social media advertising, culminating in a launch event and near-sell-out of the project. The award recognised the innovative and successful approach and strategy, which anthropomorphised the beautifully designed building into an enigmatic woman and invited her ‘friends’ to share in the mystery before the property was finally revealed.

The 22 apartments, priced from $1,650,000 to $3 million, sold out a year before completion.
