Jabiru is a not-for-profit provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) and Comunity Services that was losing their way after 30 years of ‘rusted on’ practices. Edison was engaged to get beneath the skin of the rband and understand what they were all a out. Stakeholder interviews and brand strategy workshops led us to not only define the 5-year Plan for the Board, but to create whole new ways of working and telling their story to schools and community groups. Not to mention a whole new look and feel that modernised their service and made them feel both corporately capable and child friendly. Their new mantra said as much about us as it did about them.
